Sugarbush Resort’s new Lincoln Peak Village wayfinding master plan was a
collaborative effort between Sparky Potter, the SE Group landscape architects
and Bob Ackland, president of the Sugarbush Resort real state division. The first
phase of the village was constructed in the fall of 2006. Fabrication was also a
team effort between Wood & Wood and the resort’s sign shop staff.
Located in the heart of the village the Clay Brook at Sugarbush, a luxury ski in/
ski out residential hotel and the Gate House Lodge were built in the Vermont
barn vernacular. The exterior & interior sign systems displayed below compliment
this architecture.
