To enhance the professional presentation, the MAGNEVENT frames can have customized
logo applied to the exterior header frame with company colors.

Change your computer generated paper message sheet or colorful event poster as often as you like with
the hinge up magnetic frame. No tools are required.
The MAGNEVENT frame is constructed of lightweight painted MDF with a metal backing. The interior
detachable or hinged flip up magnetic frame can be a standard vinyl color. Or you may want to consider
using our customized frame material; which include metallic foil (copper, silver, gold) or leather. All
MAGNEVENTS are wall mount or post mount ready with pitch cleats attached to the back of each frame.

Ordering
Once one of our designers has reviewed your comments, they will call to discuss layouts and price
estimates for your MAGNEVENTS. Final drawings and pricing will be completed after client accepts
proposed price and receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit. Shipping costs will be calculated on
an individual basis.
- For standard style MAGNEVENT - One working drawing is included in the price. For custom
MAGNEVENTS we will bill $65 per hour for our design time.
- If you want us to do a color match to a PMS color there will be an $80 charge, or please provide
any colors in a name brand such as Benjamin Moore, Pittsburgh Paints or Sherwin Williams.
- Logo if provided, artwork should be emailed in Adobe Illustrator in vector format with fonts
changed to outlines.
- Please note that we can offer savings on orders of five or more of the same MAGNEVENT style.
- If you order a MAGNEVENT that is in stock, we can ship usually within 2-4 weeks. For custom
orders, please allow 4 – 6 weeks.
- Vermont residents add 6% sales tax to merchandise.
